God's perfect timing and plan

In these passages, we see the fulfillment of a prophecy! God used a Roman census to bring Mary and Joseph to Bethlehem at just the right time to fulfill prophecy. Nothing in God’s plan is random—every detail has purpose. Even today, God is working to fulfill His good promises in our lives. We can trust His timing, and we can trust His plan.

Even though today is not Christmas day, spend some time as a family celebrating the birth of Jesus. This can be as simple as singing Happy Birthday to Jesus or you can wear party hats, make a birthday cake and play party games.
