December 6th - Hosea 11:1

God called His Son

When Hosea spoke of God's son being called out of Egypt, he echoed a pattern of rescue and return. Jesus' early life mirrored Israel's story, fulfilling God's word and connecting the past to the promise. God always had a plan to bring His Son through places of bondage into freedom.
