Justin is the Communication & NextGen Pastor at Real Life Texas, where he leads with a passion for discipleship and leadership development. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. With 7 years in part-time ministry, several years in full-time ministry, and over a decade of IT experience, Justin combines relational discipleship and practical systems that help shepherd people well and communicate the mission of Jesus. He is married to his wife, Taylor, and they have two children, Charlotte and Theo. Outside of ministry, Justin enjoys the outdoors, tackling DIY projects, and, above all, being an intentional and present child of God, husband, and father.
