Kathleen serves as the Executive Assistant, where she helps keep things organized, running smoothly, and focused on what matters most—people. With a heart for service and a gift of administration, she supports the team behind the scenes so ministry can thrive up front. Kathleen is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where others can grow in their faith and relationships. Outside of work, Kathleen is a proud mom to two adult children, Connor and Maddie. In her spare time, she enjoys playing pickleball and spending time outdoors.
